an 4 mei tot 8 juni kunt u vijf internationale lezingen digitaal volgen, met als titel: Light in the Darkness: The Richness of Early Dominican Life.
The year 2021 marks the 800th anniversary of two important milestones in the history of the Dominican order: St. Dominic’s death and – presumably – the arrival of the Dominicans in Cologne to found one of the order’s most important friaries, a friary where Thomas Aquinas would later study with Albertus Magnus. To commemorate this special year in the history of the Dominican Order in the Middle Ages we are pleased to present a series of lectures to take place in May and June, 2021.
The lectures are open to all and will be presented in English via Zoom. If you wish to attend, please register by sending an email to: sekretariat-svh@uni-koeln.de
